Returns or Exchanges

Items may be returned within 30 days of shipment, under the following conditions:

A. Factory Defect or Error
You may receive a full return and credit, including original shipping and handling costs, or a replacement shipment at no charge. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

B. Customised Products
There is a 30-day period for returns, exchanges, or refunds on items without logos or embroidery. For returns due to reasons other than defects in material or workmanship, a 20% restocking fee will apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
All returned and exchanged items must be in new, resalable, unused, and undamaged condition. Items should be securely repacked in their original box and packaging materials. A valid Return Authorisation Number (RA#) is required and must be clearly marked in black ink on the return address label.

NO Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges for:

  • Items with logos, monograms, or embroidery
  • Damaged, abused, misused, or improperly packed items
  • Custom-made car covers with customer-supplied dimensions
  • Special order premium colours not normally stocked, but ordered at your request

We reserve the right to reject a return, refund, or exchange if the customer fails to follow the correct return procedures, retains possession of the item, fails to prove errors in monogramming or logos, refuses to pay shipping costs, or returns the item after 30 days.
We also reserve the right to inspect all claimed defective returns. If the product is found to be non-factory defective, a credit will be issued for the merchandise amount only, excluding any additional shipping costs incurred.

C. Waterproof Cover Returns
The Returns Department will review your submission and contact you. If approved, they will issue a Return Goods Authorisation (RGA) number and provide further instructions. To qualify for a return, the product must be uninstalled and placed in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees, and the order is subject to a $60 restocking fee.

D. Closeouts
All sales of closeout items are final. Only defective closeout items may be returned for credit.

F. Exchanges
Please contact us at 0424 254 929 or email Jagleather@hotmail.com. Note: Exchanges are reserved for factory defects or shipment errors only.

G. Return Credit
Refunds for qualifying credit card purchases will be credited to the same credit card account used for the original purchase. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.

Warranty Information
Covers4carlovers warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, as well as fabric becoming unserviceable under normal use. After factory inspection, Covers4carlovers may repair or replace the unit or specific parts deemed unusable. The warranty does not cover fading, which occurs naturally for products used outdoors, or weather resistance of the fabric. For warranty inquiries, please contact Customer Service.
